Normally people would end things where they should but looking at it in 2 ways. -it should just end its own misery -It could be better. Either way I dont like it but im sure they have a good reason for bringing another out, plus the 4th isnt even out yet, why plan for a 5th?

It could be the quality of the sound, or something else, just go to "publish settings" under file, then click on the sound qualities to the bottom and configure them from 16 kps to 30+kps or somthing. Try it for now.

Most sites that give patches/keygens for flash 9 normally contain trojans, I highly recommend finding something more safe.
